Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
arrivednow (“arrivednow,” “we,” “us”) provides a QR-code lobby check-in service for therapy and healthcare practices. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Check-in information. When a client checks in, we collect the name they enter, the provider they select, and the date and time of check-in.
- Provider and practice information. Names, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers of clinicians and staff who use the service, along with practice details such as name and branding.
- Account information. Login credentials for provider and administrator accounts.
How we use information
- To notify the selected provider by SMS that their client has arrived.
- To display arrivals to authorized practice staff in the provider dashboard.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we share information
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate arrivednow:
- Supabase— secure database hosting and authentication.
- Twilio— delivery of SMS notifications.
These providers process information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
SMS and mobile information
Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used solely to send check-in alerts to the relevant provider. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and it is never sold. Information sharing with subcontractors who support the service (for example, our SMS delivery provider) is permitted only as needed to deliver these messages.
Data retention and security
We retain check-in records only as long as needed to operate the service for the practice. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per practice, and access is restricted through row-level security and authenticated accounts.
Your choices
Providers may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Practices may request export or deletion of their data by contacting us.
