These terms govern the arrivednow SMS notification program. By providing a mobile number and consenting within the arrivednow system, you agree to the conditions below.

Program name

arrivednow lobby check-in notifications.

Program description

When a client checks in at a practice that uses arrivednow, the clinician the client selected receives an SMS notifying them that their client has arrived and is in the lobby. Recipients are the practice’s own clinicians and staff who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive these alerts. This is a transactional notification program; it is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. A clinician receives one message each time one of their clients checks in.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. arrivednow does not charge for these messages; standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Help

For help, reply HELP to any message, or email robert@mindfulpossibilities.org.

Opt-out

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
